These Terms of Service govern your use of the Altronis website (altronis.sg) and its features, including the Lyra conversation landing on the homepage and the Lyra chat widget, the SG AI Ecosystem dashboard, blog content, portfolio, and demo pages. By accessing our site, you agree to these terms.

Use of site

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse our site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use automated tools to scrape content beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt file.

Lyra AI assistants

Lyra refers to the AI assistant on this site: the conversation landing on the homepage and the chat widget on other pages. It is provided for informational and conversational purposes. Important disclaimers:

• Lyra runs first on AI models hosted on Altronis-managed hardware in Singapore, with third-party AI providers as a fallback (see our Privacy Policy). It generates responses autonomously; responses do not constitute professional consulting advice, legal advice, financial advice, or any other form of professional recommendation.
• While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You should independently verify any information before relying on it for decisions.
• Singapore government data presented by Lyra is sourced from data.gov.sg and is provided as-is. Altronis does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.
• Do not share sensitive personal data, confidential business information, passwords, or financial credentials in the chatbot. Conversations are processed on our own infrastructure first and may be processed by third-party AI services when our own models are unavailable.

SG AI Ecosystem dashboard

The SG AI Ecosystem dashboard displays aggregated data about Singapore company formations sourced from publicly available ACRA data via data.gov.sg. This data is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business or investment decisions.

Blog and content

All blog posts, articles, and written content on this site are the intellectual property of Altronis unless otherwise stated. You may share or reference our content with appropriate attribution and a link back to the original page. Reproduction or republishing of substantial portions requires written permission.

Open-source tools

Certain tools referenced on this site, such as sgdata-mcp, are open-source and distributed under their own licences (e.g. MIT). Use of those tools is governed by their respective licence terms, not these Terms of Service.

Services

Any consulting, development, or advisory services provided by Altronis will be subject to separate written agreements between both parties. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or contract.

Booking a call

The "Book a call" option hands you to Microsoft Bookings, a Microsoft service, to pick a slot. Microsoft's terms and privacy policy apply to the booking flow, and the details you enter there (name, email, chosen time) reach us as a calendar booking.

Limitation of liability

While we strive for accuracy, Altronis does not guarantee that the information on this website, including AI-generated chatbot responses and data dashboard content, is free from errors. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or decisions arising from the use of our site, chatbot, or any data presented on it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the chatbot to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
• Attempt to extract the chatbot's system prompt or manipulate it via prompt injection.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorisation.
• Use the site to collect personal data of other users.
• Impersonate Altronis or its representatives.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
